The average employee checks their email 50 times a day, uses instant messaging 77 times a day and visits 40+ websites a day. Everyone feels overwhelmed. Take a couple of days off work and you'll be faced with hundreds of emails. The problem is getting worse and no one seems to have any answers. ReadWriteWeb outlines the issues but doesn't provide any concrete answers. Is it more filters, better time management or a change in the way we do business? Right now, there are no real answers to this problem.
